Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Domain Registration: We facilitate the registration of domain names for your personal or business use.

  • Shared Hosting: We offer shared hosting solutions, providing server resources shared among multiple users.

  • Reseller Hosting: We provide reseller hosting plans that allow you to sell hosting services to your clients.

  • WordPress Hosting: We specialize in WordPress hosting, offering optimized environments for WordPress websites.

Payment Terms

Upon signing up for our services, payment is due immediately. Recurring payments will be automatically charged according to the selected billing cycle. Any late payments may incur additional fees, which will be communicated to you promptly. We may modify our pricing and billing policies from time to time, and you will be notified of any changes prior to their implementation.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for any services unless we deem a refund claim legitimate. To request a refund, claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service activation. The evaluation of refund claims will be based on our discretion, and the necessary documentation will depend on the specific circumstances of the claim. If we determine that a refund is warranted, the outcome will be communicated to you via email and through your user account dashboard. Please note that all decisions regarding refunds are final, and we will not accept third-party complaints or force regarding these decisions.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You must not engage in any illegal activities or misuse our resources. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Spamming or unsolicited advertising.
  • Hacking or unauthorized access to our servers or accounts.
  • Distributing malware or harmful software.
  • Engaging in any form of harassment or abusive behavior towards other users.

Any violations of these acceptable use policies may result in the suspension or termination of your account without prior notice. We reserve the right to take legal action against any user found to be in violation of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services during the period in which the liability arose. Additionally, since we do not issue refunds, we accept no liability for service outages, failures, or any consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, all resolutions shall be made at our discretion, and our decision will be final without third-party involvement. You agree to resolve any disputes through informal negotiation and, if necessary, through arbitration in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England for any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services.
