Refunds may be granted at our discretion under the following circumstances:
Service Not Delivered: If we determine that the service was not delivered as promised or if there was a significant failure in our obligations to provide the service, you may submit a refund claim.
Request Timeframe: To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your claim within 24 hours of service activation. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
Documentation Requirements: The documentation required for your claim will depend on the nature of your request. You may be required to provide evidence supporting your claim, such as screenshots or error messages.
To initiate a refund claim, follow these steps:
Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team via email or through your account dashboard to request a refund.
Provide Necessary Information: Include details about the service, the reason for your claim, and any relevant documentation that supports your request.
Await Response: Once your claim is submitted, our support team will review your request and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.
Once we evaluate your claim, we will inform you of our decision regarding the refund request:
Approved Claims: If your claim is approved, we will process the refund through the original payment method used during the transaction. Please allow a reasonable timeframe for the refund to appear in your account.
Denied Claims: If your claim is denied, we will provide you with an explanation for the decision. You may not be eligible for a refund if the service was delivered as promised.
We discourage customers from initiating chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve any issues. If a chargeback is filed against us:
Fee Deduction: A chargeback may result in a deduction of 20% from the total amount of the disputed transaction.
Account Termination: Repeated chargeback requests may lead to account suspension or termination, as they violate our terms of service.
Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Domain Registration: Fees for domain registration, renewal, and transfer are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Hosting Services: If services were delivered as promised, refunds will not be provided for any hosting plans.
All decisions regarding refund claims are final, and we retain the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated through updates to this policy.
